PlanGen local lab has no account system and no sign-in. This is a local owner session, not a customer account — there is no access boundary to describe.

Data

This session reads from the local PlanGen backend (the same one the /app/live workflow and every /app/projects/:id live page use), not a third-party data provider. It has no sheet content, no semantic revision diff, and no site layers — every screen that would need one of those states its absence directly rather than approximating it.

Authority

This report states what the evidence demonstrates, what is missing, unresolved or contradicted, and what requires professional review or official verification. It is not an approval, a permit decision, or a statement from any authority having jurisdiction.
